Furniture and Interior Design
With this service we work with our clients on 2 or more rooms in their home to create designs that will elevate and impress. Viewing each space or a home in it's entirety with a wholistic view, we consider function and aesthetics with you and your family in mind. We curate each space in it's entirety from wallpaper and lighting to furniture, window treatments, and accessories and then implement all elements so you don't have to lift a finger.
Renovation and Additions
Renovations and additions to your home whether large or small require good space planning and budgeting as well as thoughtful design. With this service LCS assists you from the beginning, thinking through the best options for your space including flow, functionality and aesthetics. We present materials selections from wood flooring to tile to lighting fixtures and cabinet hardware. We help vet contractors and work closely with the trades to implement the vision.
New Construction
In this full service package we work directly with the architect, builder and client as part of the design build team from the start. Planning the design of a home is an enormous and exciting task and it is important that all elements are thought of cohesively and with the client's vision in mind. At LCS we make that happen through thoughtful planning of architectural elements and materials, space planning, finish selections right through furniture and window treatments.
